The Practice 

Yoga & Somatic Based Movement & Stillness Group Classes, Dartmouth NS

We offer group movement classes in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. You'll find yoga-based,  barre, and pilates based practices, meditation and mindfulness classes, and somatic based movement classes. Our classes aim to offer support for the body and a shift in the mind.
